Pro-Mix Concrete is a London ready-mix and on-site concrete supplier in a crowded local market. Over two years of ongoing SEO and Local SEO, we grew their organic search from a few hundred visits a month to thousands — and built a local-pack presence that puts them in the top three across much of the capital.
The challenge
Pro-Mix Concrete supplies ready-mix and on-site concrete across London and the surrounding counties — a business where the next job usually goes to whoever shows up first in a local Google search. In a city this crowded, that visibility is hard-won and easily lost.
When we started in 2024, the site was barely registering — Semrush put it at around 126 organic visits a month. To win the trade and commercial buyers searching for concrete delivery across dozens of London areas, Pro-Mix needed to own both the organic results and the local map pack, and keep owning them.

We set up and optimised the Google Business Profile and the site's local signals so Pro-Mix could compete in the map pack across every area they deliver to, not just their home postcode.

London concrete buyers search by area and by mix type. We built out location and service pages — ready-mix, on-site/volumetric, screed, pump hire — so Pro-Mix could rank for the specific things people actually search for.

Through ongoing on-page and technical SEO plus steady link growth, we expanded the keyword footprint from a few hundred terms to thousands, climbing the rankings month after month.
