The challenge

Coachway is an all-in-one platform for online fitness coaches — a crowded category where buyers are coaches comparing tools before they commit. To win them from search, Coachway needed to show up for the terms those coaches actually type. It wasn't.

In the six months before our work landed, the site pulled 34 search impressions and 17 clicks in total — effectively no organic presence. And Coachway didn't want a retainer; they wanted a plan they could execute in-house.

    Keyword research grounded in how coaches search

    We mapped the terms online fitness coaches use when choosing a platform — by search intent, difficulty, and how realistically Coachway could rank — so effort would go where it could actually pay back.

    Turn it into a prioritized SEO plan

    We translated the research into a clear, prioritized roadmap: what to build, what to fix, and what to publish, in the order most likely to move organic rankings.

    Package it to run in-house

    This was a one-time deliverable. We handed over the research and the plan so Coachway's own team could execute it without us — no retainer, no dependency.
